“Rose’s Garden” – In loving memory of my dear friend and mentor, Rose Christina. This piece is named “Rose’s Garden” and is fashioned after my first ever ink painting on canvas, “Dreaming of Amsterdam” which was one of her favorite pieces. It was the first piece I created where she said maybe I was in the wrong profession (referring to my day job). I created this piece in her memory, something beautiful to represent how she helped me develop into the person I am today. This one’s for you, Rose! I miss you and your infinite wisdom everyday.
